Restored in Europe in 2023 with the finest materials — German BASF polyester finish and a new German Renner/Steinway action — this instrument presents as an immaculate concert-ready grand. The original soundboard has been preserved to retain the instrument’s authentic tonal character; bridge caps, hardware and inlaid decals were replaced or reproduced to factory quality. The lyre features a modern support system, and the action includes new Renner hammers, shanks, flanges and repetitions. After meticulous regulation, voicing and tuning to A‑440, the piano is ready for a concert-level performer.

Included with the instrument: adjustable Jansen artist bench. Delivery and set-up are performed by our own crew (not a contracted mover).
