Chris Welch, founder and owner of Piano-s.com has over 30 years' of experience in the industry. Starting out at a time when piano shops required the tuning, restoration and repair of pianos to be taken care of in-house, his expertise has been built up over the years by working in some of the finest piano shops in the world.
A couple of years spent at the prestigious Pianos daude shop in Paris in his youth, and later at Jaques Samuel in London provided Chris with a great insight into working with concert pianos, although today Chris enjoys dealing with a vast range of pianos, from the humble domestic upright piano, to the baby grand! Service is key to the company and the Pianos-s.com ETHOS is simply this..."we don't sell pianos...we perform a matchmaking service for piano player and instrument!!!!"
