John Broadwood & Sons Patent Grand Piano Serial number 17332
This rare full size Grand Piano by John Broadwood & Sons has been completed in November 1849, and is exactly the same model in all aspects that has been used by Frédéric Chopin during his visit in England and Scotland one year before his death, in the year 1848.
The condition is fully original, and playable. For stable tuning it would need an overhaul. With the close relation to Chopin, this Broadowood is recommended for period performance and collectors.
