Description de l’annonce
Beautiful Pleyel N°3 (165) Baby Grand is for sale!
This gorgeous Pleyel baby grand piano, manufactured in 1902, is an exquisite representation of both the Pleyel musical heritage and the exceptional craftsmanship of modern but authentic restoration (by Álmos Derzsi-Papp, 2024). This little piano brings the distinctive sound by semi-light key wheighting which brings responsive action and very fast repetition speed. These caracteristics are among the many trademarks what makes Pleyel a unique instrument for classical and romantic interpretations as well.
This Pleyel piano is finished in a stunning transparent silky gloss french polish, giving it a deep, almost translucent appearance.
The piano is well maintained and restored, including the replacement of its low tone strings, the hammers (Abel) and the installation of a new pinblock (Bolduc), ensuring an even better sound quality than with the original one. This is not only looks remarkable inside but also provides exceptional sound registers and tuning stability.
As the standards of the era with the 85 keys, this Pleyel baby grand piano is suitable for a wide variety of musical genres and styles. The piano is equipped with 2 pedals, providing essential control over the instrument's dynamics.
In my opinion this piano has a linear, warm, elegant and airy sound, and also it has the power and dynamics to picture the drama of a masterpiece.
I highly recommend this piano both for practice and small performances at home, and it is also a wonderful opportunity for musicians to own a piece of musical history. I also recommend watching the little video where we recorded the sound separately with double microphone system to present the piano capabilities.
If you have any further questions I am more than happy to answer them.
