This magnificent John Broadwood upright piano dating from 1930 has been carefully and meticulously restored to its showroom condition.
The instrument is finished in a traditional shellac french polish, applied in the traditional way.
The case itself is mahogany with a most unusual linear grain pattern.
John Broadwood was one of the foremost British piano manufacturers of all time, and the pianos that they produced were considered to be of the finest quality.
The action in this instrument has been fully reconditioned and plays beautifully, there is a rich deep tone to the piano and the touch is beautifully balanced and light.
This is piano was a joy to work on and will be a joy to own and play.
