This Blüthner grand piano was once the pride of a beautiful old-style theatre in the North of Engeland. Last year PianoVisions saved it from under the main stage, where it had gathered multiple layers of dust.
Now it has been restored to like-new condition, using high quality parts.
Its sound is worthy of Blüthners slogan “the golden tone”.
The casework has been resprayed in highgloss black polyester lacker. It has straight legs with little details. Its music stand is refined and typical for this model and era.
The grand has a Patent-action in top condition and regulation. New Abel hammers. Plays light and smooth.
Instrument has Aliquot stringing (extra 4th string on separate bridge).
