I am offering a remarkable C. Bechstein grand piano, crafted around 1900, celebrated for both its rich sound and elegant, antique appearance. This 3/4 grand piano is a true gem from its era, featuring a hand-applied semi-gloss lacquer finish and detailed gilded accents that add unique character. The instrument retains its original strings, which are in excellent condition, ensuring an exceptional sound quality. It is equipped with two pedals and a full set of 88 keys — 52 white and 36 black.

The piano has undergone a mechanical upgrade — the original mechanism, which had various faults, was replaced with a Renner mechanism, enhancing its precision and reliability. Measuring 200 cm in length, 144 cm in width, and 98 cm in height, this Bechstein is perfectly suited for spacious living rooms or music rooms.

It has always been stored with care in a living room, away from heat sources to prevent any damage, ensuring its long-lasting stability. The piano was regularly tuned while it was actively used for practice, particularly leading up to my conservatory diploma exams at the Ottorino Respighi Conservatory in Latina. Its last tuning was done 33 years ago, after which I left it in my parents' home when I moved to Milan, due to space limitations.
