Perzina - Legacy of craftsmanship and musical excellence
The renowned Perzina piano brand has a rich history dating back to its founding in Germany. Founded by two brothers, the company was named Gebr. Perzina (Gebrüder Perzina - in German, the Perzina Brothers) in honor of its founders. Perzina grand pianos quickly gained recognition among musicians and even royal courts, including those in the Netherlands and Portugal, thanks to their exceptional quality and rich, resonant tones.
In the 1990s, the company was acquired by a Dutch businessman who eventually moved the production of Perzina grand pianos to China. Despite this change, the essence of Perzina pianos, with their meticulously crafted sound and sensitive touch, remained unaltered.
Why choose a Perzina grand piano?
The sound and action of Perzina grand pianos are comparable to esteemed piano brands like Schimmel, C. Bechstein, and Mason & Hamlin. At the same time, they are more affordable, making them an attractive choice for many discerning musicians and piano enthusiasts.
Innovations in Perzina grand pianos
Currently, Perzina pianos consist mainly of European components and materials assembled in the Perzina factory. Each Perzina piano features individually calibrated and hand-weighted keys made of walnut and spruce, ensuring stability in various climates and regions. This attention to detail reflects the brand's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and musical artistry. Perzina pianos continue to captivate the hearts of musicians and enthusiasts worldwide, embodying the tradition of excellence and innovation that defines this brand.
Perzina offers a full range of professional pianos in various sizes: the baby grand piano GBT-152, ideal for smaller spaces; the slightly larger GBT-161, with significantly larger strings and consequently a fuller sound; the salon grand piano GBT-175; and finally, the dominating and significant GBT-188, a competitive player in its category among contemporary grand pianos.
