Used, Pleyel, N° 3 (204) 1/2

Pleyel 1/2 tail - model 3 (2m04) from 1928 in varnished mahogany.
It is fitted with a full cast-iron frame (338 of this model appeared in 1928).
The windchest, bridge soles, pegs and steel and spun strings (Heller) are new. The hammers, noses, dampers, mortises and other wearable parts are also new. The ivory keyboard has been rewhitened and repolished. The cabinet has been varnished. The touch is light and airy, the sound romantic, round and subtle, the timbre quintessential of the great period of this great French maker.
