Steinway & Sons B-211 grand piano (211 cm)

The Steinway & Sons model B-211 is a used, acoustic grand piano originally manufactured in 1883. With a serial number of 50521, this historic instrument was authentically restored in 2022. It measures 148 cm in width and 211 cm in length, and has 85 keys and 2 pedals.

The grand piano is black and has been refinished with a high-gloss shellac finish, giving it a highly attractive appearance. An important detail is that many original parts were retained during the restoration, including action levers and hammer shanks, underscoring the authenticity and historical integrity of the instrument. In addition, this model features natural key coverings and comes with a 60-month warranty, which is remarkable for an instrument of its age.

The grand was originally built in New York and was delivered on October 4, 1884 to a Steinway dealer in Frankfurt.
