I'm the original owner of this Steinway k52 professional upright. If you know Steinways, you already know the specs. Handcrafted in New York's Steinway factory with a fast action and a soundboard that's larger than many grands. This one has an ebonized satin cabinet. The sound is rich and emotional, and deep at the bottom end. The top of the piano is full and rings like a bell. I've only tuned and serviced the piano with Steinway techs. All parts are Steinway, and almost all of them are original: I think I had some pins replaced once. The piano has a Dampp Chaser internal humidifier system, so the mechanics are nice and stable, and the piano will settle nicely into any home. The humidifier also holds the tune for a long time; you could get by tuning the piano once or twice a year, depending on how much you play. It's a gorgeous instrument and a better than average Steinway, whether upright or grand, which is saying a lot. You have to play it to appreciate it. I'm sad to let it go, but such is life.
