All original as it left the factory, recently comprehensively regulated over two days by a former Steinway technician.
Played very little. Competes with a new one. Try it for yourself. Immaculate perfection.
The technician says this is important: The hammers are original and show very little wear.

I am selling my wonderful Steinway due to my age (80) and the need to downsize.
